Order Returns/Exchange Policy - StudentKare.com

  1. Request for cancellations of orders once placed on StudentKare.com and its owned websites for schools shall be entertained only on exceptional cases.
  2. Request for returns and exchanges will be entertained only in exceptional cases, excluding the cases mentioned below:
    • Item delivered in a physically damaged condition
    • Item delivered has missing parts or accessories
    • Item delivered is different from what was ordered
  3. Where repeat returns and exchange will be noticed for no fault of StudentKare.com, Kare Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. has the right in its sole discretion to debar the user from using the services of StudentKare.com and related websites for schools without prior intimation whatsoever.
  4. Exchanges will be entertained only if there is no difference in the amount of the product requested for exchange with the product that is being exchanged. Exchanged item will be shipped once we receive the item to be exchanged and confirm that the item received is in saleable condition with all original tags, labels and packaging intact.
  5. In case of price difference in an exchange, the product to be exchanged must be returned and refund claimed. Fresh order must be placed for the product requested for exchange.
  6. In case of cancellation of an order, all purchased items associated with the order must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the date of delivery.
  7. In case of cancellation of an order where the payment has been done through an online transaction (excluding Cash On Delivery option), Kare Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. will initiate the refund for the cancelled items within 3 working days of the receipt of the cancelled order items. The refund will be made via the same method used for payment. It could take up to 5 working days for the refund amount to reflect in customers account once refund has been initiated by Kare Enterprise Pvt. Ltd.
  8. In the case of returns where amount is paid via COD, Kare Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. will refund the amount only in the customer’s bank account within 5 working days of the receipt of the cancelled order items. The customer must provide the bank account details for the refund to take place and no cash refund requests will be entertained.
  9. All disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
